Plastic UV Topcoat Series
Description: Plastic UV topcoat series is a plastic surface or plastic UV primer on high-quality UV curable coatings. Film with high abrasion and high weather resistance, and given the appropriate gloss parts for computers, digital products, home appliances plastic shell on the surface protective layer coating.

Construction Description: 1. Luster adjustment: the use of appropriate light, matt with ratio, try to determine spray.
2. Diluent: UV series of special diluent.
3. Construction of the ratio (weight ratio): Oil: thinner = 1:0.8 (customer visibility between the practical need to make appropriate adjustments 1:0.5-1).
4. Construction viscosity :8-9S (Iwata NK-2 cup).
Note: 1. Workpiece surface and finish must be clean, no orange peel, for aluminum paint should be particularly careful not to spray too thin, otherwise there will be aluminum surface processes, resulting in needle and other ills.
2. Primer must be completely dry and then the UV paint, or will cause film shrinkage, bites from other ills.
3. Compressed air must be purified and shall not contain oil and water.
4. UV paint before use by more than 400 mesh filter cloth filter before being used.
5. UV curing, after remaining after the curing process, so the workpiece should be properly protected after the curing off the assembly line.
Drying Conditions :50-60 ℃ / 3-5 minutes, once through the UV curing, UV energy of 700 ~ 1200MJ/CM2.
